用进口45~#钢制造的采金船选矿筛板,在热弯加工及热处理后常产生裂纹,甚致断裂。通过宏观观察扫描电镜与电子探针分析和力学性能测试,表明过量的硫化物呈条状和粒状沿轧制方向分布导致了筛板脆性断裂。
Made of imported 45 ~ # steel mining gold mining sieve plate, often after hot bending and heat treatment cracks, even broken. Through the macroscopic observation of SEM and electron probe analysis and mechanical properties tests, it was found that the excess sulfide distribution in the strip direction and in the rolling direction resulted in brittle fracture of the sieve plate.
