目的观察联苯双酯和齐墩果酸对异硫氰酸-1-萘酯(α-naphthyl isothiocyanate,ANIT)橄榄油溶液致肝损伤小鼠、大鼠的保护作用。方法先给予小鼠、大鼠联苯双酯和齐墩果酸,然后对小鼠、大鼠分别灌胃给以100 mg·kg-1、80 mg·kg-1ANIT造成肝损伤,48 h后测其空腹血清中的ALT、AST、TBIL、DBIL、GGT、ALP,并剖取肝、脾,称湿重,计算其脏器指数。结果齐墩果酸具有降低小鼠ALT、AST和TB值,联苯双酯反而增加小鼠ALT、AST和TB值。联苯双酯具有降低大鼠ALT、AST和ALP值,齐墩果酸则不降低大鼠ALT和AST值。结论齐墩果酸对ANIT致肝损伤小鼠具有保肝作用,联苯双酯对ANIT致肝损伤大鼠具有保肝作用。
Objective To observe the protective effect of bifendate and oleanolic acid on the liver and liver of mice and rats induced by α-naphthyl isothiocyanate (ANIT) olive oil solution. Methods Bifendate and oleanolic acid were first administered to mice, rats, and then to mice and rats were given gavage with 100 mg · kg-1 and 80 mg · kg-1 ANIT respectively for liver injury. After 48 h The fasting serum ALT, AST, TBIL, DBIL, GGT, ALP, and liver, spleen, said wet weight, calculate their organ index. Results Oleanolic acid reduced the ALT, AST and TB values of mice, whereas bifendate increased the ALT, AST and TB values of mice. Bifendate decreased ALT, AST and ALP in rats, while oleanolic acid did not decrease ALT and AST in rats. Conclusion Oleanolic acid has hepatoprotective effect on ANIT-induced liver injury in mice and bifendate has hepatoprotective effects on liver injury induced by ANIT.
