Now, a considerable number of enterprises are using a more advanced organizational structure matrix method to solve the problems encountered in the operation. 70s of last century, matrix management was all the rage. Now that the structure has made some scientific adjustments, it has become popular again. The latest survey shows that the matrix structure is more welcomed by the team members than the traditional structure. This structure is more conducive to building good relationships that help to decentralize, empower and serve the customer and achieve the goals more efficiently.
