职教师资是构建现代职业教育体系的关键性因素。中德职业学校专业课教师培养在培养机构、入学条件、培养层次、专业及课程、实践实训等方面存在着可比性及差异性。为了提高职教师资培养质量,我国可借鉴德国职业学校专业课教师培养的经验。我国职业学校专业课教师培养应重视职教师资培养机构建设、重视职教师范生生源质量、增强职教师范专业吸引力、延长培养年限、提高学历层次、强化实践能力的培养,增加实习时间,改革课程结构,提高教育学课程比例。 Vocational education teachers is to build a modern vocational education system, a key factor.
