目的探讨改善慢性脑供血不足(CCCI)患者认知功能的方法。方法分析研究2010年6月至2012年6月期间91例门诊及住院CCCI患者养血清脑颗粒联合尼麦角林治疗并使用MoCA及ERPs对其认知功能检测。结果研究组治疗前ERPs(N2及P3潜伏期、P3波幅)及MoCA量表总分与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前后ERPs(N2及P3潜伏期、P3波幅)及MoCA量表总分相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用尼麦角林联合养血清脑颗粒改善慢性脑供血不足认知功能安全有效
Objective To explore the method of improving cognitive function in patients with chronic cerebral insufficiency (CCCI). Methods The clinical data of 91 cases of outpatients and inpatients with CCCI from June 2010 to June 2012 were analyzed for their cognitive function by using nourishing and cleaning brain granules combined with nicergoline and using MoCA and ERPs. Results Before treatment, ERPs (N2 and P3 latency, P3 amplitude) and MoCA total score were significantly different from those in control group (P <0.05). Before and after treatment, ERPs (N2 and P3 latency, P3 Amplitude) and MoCA total score compared with the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of nicergoline combined with Yangxue Qingnao granule to improve cognitive deficits in chronic cerebral hypoperfusion is safe and effective
