本文介绍了预处理柠檬酸(C6H8O7)掺杂对MgB2超导体的影响.通过该实验我们将柠檬酸中的一部分氧元素除去,降低了样品中MgO的含量,从而有效减轻了杂质相对超导转变温度(Tc)的抑制.另外,还发现样品的临界电流密度(Jc)在处理温度为200℃时达到最优值.在10K,4T条件下,200℃预处理的样品的Jc达到1.4×104A/cm2,相对纯样的临界电流密度0.8×104A/cm2,提高了75%.
In this paper, the effect of pretreatment of citric acid (C6H8O7) doping on MgB2 superconductors is introduced.Through this experiment, we remove part of the oxygen in citric acid and reduce the content of MgO in the sample, so as to effectively reduce the relative superconducting transition temperature (Tc) .In addition, the critical current density (Jc) of the sample was found to be optimal at a treatment temperature of 200 ° C. The Jc of the sample pretreated at 200 ° C. at 10K and 4T reached 1.4 × 10 4 A / cm2, the relative pure sample of the critical current density of 0.8 × 104A / cm2, an increase of 75%.
