在摩托车车架的焊接过程中,车架机器人焊接质量及其自动化受结构形状、零件相关尺寸公差影响很大。为了得到高质量的焊缝,编制给定工艺条件容许变化量的数学模型。经试验二者得到了令人满意的结果。
During the welding process of the motorcycle frame, the welding quality and automation of the frame robot are greatly affected by the structural shape and the tolerances of the relevant dimensions of the part. In order to obtain high quality welds, a mathematical model is developed that allows variations in process conditions. The test results have been satisfactory.
