使用Thermo Fisher公司ARL ADVANT’ XP型X射线荧光光谱仪,采用粉末直接压片和基本参数法校正基体效应的方法,实现了浮选磷矿中控样主要指标P2O5、MgO的快速分析,各组分的精密度(n=7)RSD<1.0%。监控样的分析结果与化学法或熔融-XRF法的结果基本吻合。
Using Thermo Fisher’s ARL ADVANT ’XP X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometer, the method of powder direct compression and basic parameter method to correct the matrix effect were used to realize the rapid analysis of P2O5 and MgO, the main indicators of controlled samples in flotation phosphate rock. The precision (n = 7) RSD <1.0%. The results of the monitoring samples are in good agreement with those of the chemical or melt-XRF methods.
