小学班主任的班级管理工作的作用不仅仅是维持班级秩序,更重要的是班主任的工作艺术对学生的身心发展有着极其重要的意义。小学生处于低年龄段,尤其是刚入学的小学生,自制力较差,许多行为习惯还没有形成,需要班主任老师运用正确的方法,循序渐进地规范学生行为,养成良好习惯。班主任采取什么样的手段,遵循什么样的理念,都是班主任工作艺术在具体工作中的体现,从两个方面简要介绍了班主任在具体工作中要如何讲究工作艺术。
The primary school class teacher’s role of class management is not only to maintain the class order, more importantly, the class teacher’s work art is of great significance to the students’ physical and mental development. Pupils in low age groups, especially those who have just enrolled, have poor self-control skills and many behavioral habits have not yet been formed. Teachers in charge of teacher use the correct method to regulate student behavior gradually and develop good habits. What kind of teacher do the teacher follow and what kind of concept to follow are the embodiment of the teacher’s work art in the concrete work. From two aspects, it is briefly introduced how the class teacher should pay attention to the work art in the concrete work.
