现今社会的竞争归根结底是科技和人才的竞争,高素质高技能的团队能为企业赢得利润,促进企业不断创新,提高企业竞争力。人力资源管理是企业的核心能力来源,是企业获得竞争优势的根本源泉。是否具有完善的人力资源管理体系,关系到企业能否在激烈的市场竞争中脱颖而出。本文以佳多有机生态园为例,从该公司在人力资源管理方面出现的问题进行分析,并提出有针对性的对策。

The high-quality and high-skill team can earn profits for the enterprise, promote the continuous innovation of the enterprise and enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise. Human resource management is the source of the core competence of an enterprise and is the fundamental source of an enterprise gaining a competitive advantage. Taking Jaduo Organic Ecological Park as an example, this paper analyzes the problems that the company appeared in the human resources management and puts forward some countermeasures.
