试验测定了8204、8533、农虎、测48、秀水620、秀水664、秀水678及汕优六号等8个品种对与褐飞虱种群发育、存活和生殖等有关的11项参数的影响。结果表明,秀水620、664和678等品种的抗褐飞虱性状与汕优六号相似,可使种群内禀增长力下降,平均世代历期和种群加倍时间延长,净增殖力较对照品种降低79.5%—88.1%。影响种群内禀增长力的主要原因是成虫生殖力和若虫存活率下降,引起世代时间延长的主要原因是若虫历期延长和成虫存活和产卵动态的改变。但是,在秀水620和664上连续饲养的第三代,若虫存活率明显提高。田间试验证实,秀水620和664对褐飞虱自然种群的增长有明显控制作用,其主害代高峰虫量分别较对照下降79.9%和72.5%,发生期亦有所推迟。
The effects of 8 varieties (8204,8533, Nonghu, 48, Xiushui 620, Xiushui 664, Xiushui 678 and Shanyou 6) on 11 parameters related to BPH population development, survival and reproduction were tested. The results showed that the resistance to BPH of Xiushui 620, 664 and 678 were similar to that of Shanyou 6, which could decrease the intrinsic growth potential, prolong the average generation duration and population doubling time, and decrease the net gain of 79.5% -88.1%. The main reason affecting the intrinsic population growth is the reduction of fecundity and nymph survival rate. The main reason for the prolongation of the generation time is the prolongation of nymphs’ duration and the changes of adult survival and ovipositional dynamics. However, in the third generation fed continuously on Xiushui 620 and 664, the survival rate of nymphs increased significantly. Field trials confirmed that Xiushui 620 and 664 had a significant control effect on the population growth of N. lugens, with the peak of their host pests being 79.9% and 72.5% lower than that of the control respectively, with a delay in their occurrence.
