目的:优选大孔吸附树脂精制制一枝蒿乌头类总生物碱的工艺条件。方法:应用正交设计。以酸性染料比色法测定总生物碱含量、比较并筛选不同工艺条件对乌头类总生物碱的精制效果。结果:不同浓度的乙醇对乌头类总生物碱的洗脱效果有显著影响,应用本法乌头类总生物碱的转移率为84.5%,杂质的去除率为81.8%。结论:该工艺条件可用于制一枝蒿中总生物碱的精制。
OBJECTIVE: To optimize the process condition of macroporous resin for purification of total alkaloids from Artemisia scoparia. Method: Apply orthogonal design. The content of total alkaloids was determined by acid dye colorimetric method, and the purification effect of total alkaloids of aconite was compared and screened under different technological conditions. Results: Different concentrations of ethanol had a significant effect on the elution of Aconitum alkaloids. The total alkaloids in this method were 84.5% and 81.8% respectively. Conclusion: The process conditions can be used for the preparation of total alkaloids from Artemisia annua.
