分析目前河北省高校毕业生的就业工作状况，提出解决该问题的核心是建立创新的高校毕业生就业服务体系。创新的高校毕业生服务体系包括：最首要的问题是政府要进行有效宏观调控，社会要维护市场的良性发展，各高校教育培养的工作内容要与市场经济发展相适应，高校毕业生要积极主动准备就业等。以上几个方面对于创建新的高校毕业生就业服务体系非常关键。只有完善的高校毕业生就业服务体系才能使高校毕业生顺利就业、高质量就业。,Analysed the current employment situation of college graduates in Hebei province, put forward the core of solving this problem is to establish the innovative employment service system for college graduates.
