目的:建立快速鉴别不同商品规格地黄的定性和定量模型。方法:对不同商品规格的地黄按重量、表面颜色、断面颜色及断面质地进行等级划分,利用高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定环烯醚萜苷类、糖类成分含量,利用判别分析及最小偏二乘法分别建立不同商品规格地黄的定性和定量模型。结果:等级模型中,各个等级之间分离较差,断面颜色模型中,将断面外黄内棕归为棕褐色,所建模型稳定、可靠。定量分析中,校正模型的R~2为0.9831,RMSEC为0.0672,RMSEP为0.278。结论:所建立的定性和定量模型准确、可靠,可快速评价不同商品规格地黄的品质。
Objective: To establish a qualitative and quantitative model for rapid identification of Rehmannia glutinosa different specifications. Methods: Rehmannia glutinosa under different product specifications were graded according to weight, surface color, cross-section color and cross-sectional texture. The contents of iridoid glycosides and sugars were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) The second-order multiplication method is used to establish qualitative and quantitative models of Rehmannia glutinosa under different commercial specifications. Results: In the hierarchical model, the separation between different grades was poor. In the cross-sectional color model, the yellow-brown inside the section was classified as brown, and the model was stable and reliable. In the quantitative analysis, the calibration model had R ~ 2 of 0.9831, RMSEC of 0.0672 and RMSEP of 0.278. Conclusion: The established qualitative and quantitative models are accurate and reliable, and can quickly evaluate the quality of Rehmannia glutinosa under different product specifications.
