我们于1990年4月～1991年4月用氟哌酸治疗慢性扁桃体炎急性发作20例取得满意疗效,现总结如下: 临床资料 39例慢性扁桃体炎急性发作患者,按就诊日期随机分为2组。甲组20例,男性14例, 女性6例,年龄6～58岁。乙组19例,男性12例,女性7例,年龄5～50岁,39例病人均有发热:(37.5～38℃12例,38～39℃24例,39℃以上3例。)咽痛,扁桃体充血、肿大,(Ⅱ°肿大16例,Ⅲ°肿大23例);其陷窝有脓点或其表面覆有脓性分泌物。治疗方法:甲组:氟哌酸200mg口服,6小时1次,儿童20mg/kg/日;5天为1疗程。

Treatment: Group A: norfloxacin 200mg orally, 6 hours 1, children 20mg / kg / day; 5 days for a course of treatment.
