高校篮球教学对高校大学生的发展具有重要作用。本文运用文献资料等方法对普通高校公共体育教学中理论课程的开设进行研究,以促进高校篮球教学的有效性。研究表明:在高校篮球运动教学中开设理论课程是十分必要的,但目前来看我国公共理论课程的设置还处于比较薄弱的环节,还需要进一步加强理论课教学。 College basketball teaching plays an important role in the development of college students. This article uses literature and other methods to study the establishment of theoretical courses in public physical education in colleges and universities in order to promote the effectiveness of basketball teaching in colleges and universities. The research shows that it is very necessary to set up the theory course in college basketball teaching. However, at present, the setting of our country ’s public theory course is still in the weak link, and the theory teaching needs to be further strengthened.
