On June 22, 2011, the Regulations on Administrative Procedures of Shandong Province (No. 238 of Shandong Provincial People’s Government) announced that it will come into force on January 1, 2012. There are totally 8 chapters and 139 articles of the Provisions, mainly regulating the basic principles of the administrative procedures, the main body of the administrative procedures, the major administrative decision-making procedures, the procedures for the formulation of normative documents and the administrative law enforcement procedures.
