马铃薯是粮菜兼用作物,富含淀粉、维生素C等营养成份,适口性好、耐储藏、抗灾能力强、适应范围广、增产潜力大、经济效益高等优点。但因种植数年后块茎变小,种性退化严重,产量锐减。研究和实践证明,病毒病是引起马铃薯种性退化的主要原因。近年来脱毒马铃薯的推广应用,大幅度提高了马铃薯的产量。但应用脱毒马铃薯需要建立一整套以脱毒为中心的良繁体系,生产上需要每年更换薯种,冀中南部及黄淮地区需要每年到外地大量调种。因此,不仅带来许多麻烦,还会增加不少费用,直接影响了马铃薯的生产。
Potato is a staple food crops, rich in starch, vitamin C and other nutrients, palatability, resistance to storage, resilience, adaptation to a wide range of yield potential, the advantages of high economic efficiency. However, due to years after planting tubers become smaller, serious degeneration, production dropped sharply. Research and practice have proved that virus disease is the main cause of potato degeneration. In recent years, the popularization and application of virus-free potato has greatly improved the yield of potato. However, the application of virus-free potato needs to establish a set of good and complicated systems with detoxification as the center. Every year, potato needs to be changed in production. Large quantities of seeds need to be planted each year in the areas of southern Hebei and Huanghuai. Therefore, it will not only bring a lot of troubles, but also increase a lot of costs and directly affect the production of potatoes.
