各省、自治区、直辖市农业(农林、农牧)厅(局、委、办):为全面推进农业依法行政,根据《国务院办公厅关于开展行政法规规章清理工作的通知》(国办发[2007]12号)要求,我部对《农村合作经济内部审计暂行规定》(农业部[1992]令第11号)的名称及部分条款进行了修改,并于2007年10月30日农业部第13次常务会议审议通过,2007年11月8日起施行(农业部令第6号)。现将新修改的《农村集体经济组织审计规定》印发给你们,请参照执行。
