目的：探讨脓肾的保肾治疗。方法： 手术解除导致脓肾的输尿管梗阻，放置输尿管支架管及肾造瘘管，将健侧肾排泌的尿液，经“膀胱→输尿管支架管→患侧肾盂→肾造瘘管”转流至体外，达到对患肾冲洗和引流的目的。结果： 26例脓肾肾功能恢复或部分恢复。结论：自体尿转流术治疗脓肾可保留患肾。
Objective: To explore the treatment of pus kidney. Methods: Ureteral obstruction caused by surgical removal of pus kidney, placed ureteral stent and renal fistula, the contralateral kidney excretion of urine, the “bladder → ureteral stent → ipsilateral renal pelvis → nephrostomy tube” to the outside , To reach the purpose of rinsing and drainage of kidney. Results: 26 cases of pus kidney function recovery or partial recovery. Conclusion: Autologous urinary diversion for the treatment of pus kidney may retain the kidney.
