随着我国市场经济的逐渐成熟,建筑行业作为社会经济的支柱性产业之一得到了快速的发展。民用建筑是建筑行业中最为重要的组成部分,建筑工程造价直接影响着最终的资金使用情况,受到了从业人员的广泛关注。但从目前情况来看,我国工程造价往往存在着超预算的情况,这就需要相关人员认真分析建筑工程造价超预算的原因所在,同时采取针对性措施进行解决,保证民用建筑工程顺利实施。本文主要分析民用建筑工程造价超预算的原因,同时提出相应的解决措施,希望能够对相关人士有所帮助。
With the gradual maturity of the market economy in our country, the construction industry has enjoyed rapid development as one of the pillar industries in the social economy. Civil construction is the most important part in the construction industry. The construction cost has a direct impact on the ultimate use of funds and has drawn wide attention from practitioners. However, from the current situation, China’s construction costs often exceed the budget situation, which requires careful analysis of personnel involved in construction costs over budget reasons, and take targeted measures to solve, to ensure the smooth implementation of civil engineering. This article mainly analyzes the reasons for the excessive cost of civil construction projects, and puts forward corresponding solutions, hoping to help those concerned.
