目的:探讨脑梗死患者急性期听觉P300的变化,及其与脑CT有关特征的关系。方法:采用oddball刺激序列检测P300,靶刺激叠加200-500次,分析时间1000ms。结果:全组病例81例,对照组96例。病例组P300潜伏期较对照组均显著延长(397.3±86.8ms对351.4±22.1ms,P<0.01),P300波幅显著降低(8.2±5.5μv对13.5±7.2μv,P<0.01);脑CT上伴脑萎缩表现者较不伴者P300潜伏期延长及波幅降低达有意义水平。结论:脑梗死患者P300潜伏期显著延长,波幅显著降低,认为P300测定对评价脑梗患者认知障碍是一个较敏感而客观的指标。
Objective: To investigate the changes of auditory P300 in patients with acute cerebral infarction and its relationship with CT-related features. Methods: The oddball stimulation sequence was used to detect P300. The target stimuli were superimposed 200-500 times and the analysis time was 1000ms. Results: 81 cases in the whole group and 96 cases in the control group. The latency of P300 in the case group was significantly longer than that in the control group (397.3 ± 86.8 ms vs 351.4 ± 22.1 ms, P <0.01), and the amplitude of P300 was significantly decreased (8.2 ± 5.5 μv vs. 13.5 ± 7.2 μV, P <0.01) Brain atrophy compared with those without P300 latency and amplitude decreased to a meaningful level. Conclusion: The latency of P300 in patients with cerebral infarction is significantly prolonged and the amplitude of P300 is significantly reduced. It is considered that the detection of P300 is a sensitive and objective index to evaluate the cognitive impairment in patients with cerebral infarction.
