为了降低矿山充填成本,提高充填体早期强度和改善充填料浆流动性,研制开发了一种早强减水剂。利用某矿山尾砂进行充填料浆强度配比试验及坍落度试验,试验结果表明:在充填料浆中添加早强减水剂后,不同灰砂比的充填料浆坍落度可增加1.5~8.5cm,试块的3d强度均在2MPa以上、7d强度均在4 MPa以上,与未添加早强减水剂的试块相比,试块的早期强度提高1倍以上,证明研制的早强减水剂能显著改善流动性,较大幅度提高早期强度。
