随着现代经济社会的不断发展和进步,人们越来越注重饮食健康,而食用菌作为日常饮食中常见的食物,不仅鲜美,而且营养丰富,备受推崇。本文就重点介绍食用菌高产栽培技术,包括选择和配置培养料、消毒、接种、选择菌种以及建立菇棚等方法,从而为实现食用菌高产栽培奠定基础,提供更多的指导。
With the continuous development and progress of modern economy and society, people pay more and more attention to the health of diet. However, edible fungi are not only tasty and nutritious but also highly praised as the common food in daily diet. This article focuses on the edible fungus high yield cultivation techniques, including the selection and configuration of culture materials, disinfection, inoculation, selection of species and the establishment of mushroom shed and other methods, so as to lay the foundation for high-yield cultivation of edible fungi to provide more guidance.
