我厂坚持和发扬大庆会战光荣传统,把优化设备现场管理作为企业管理的重要内容来抓,主要设备完好率稳定在98%以上,静密封点泄漏率控制在0.3‰以下。先后被评为总公司设备管理一级单位、黑龙江省和国家设备管理优秀单位。 一、抓好设备现场管理的关键,是企业领导和职工有强烈的现场管理意识 在设备管理实践中,我们体会到:现场是设备管理诸要素的集结地,各项管理活动都是通过现场来实现的,是设备管理的出发点和落脚点,是设备管理的主战场。强化设备管理,是保证企业设备高效低耗长周期运行的基础;是实现企业整体优化、设备创优升级、设备管理现代化的重要保证。我们认为,一个企业的设备管理形象如何,很大程度上取决于设备现场管理水平的高低。
