随着我国经济的发展,在我国社会建设中,电厂发挥的作用越来越重要。电厂同时作为资金密集型和技术密集型企业,在为我国经济建设和人们生活用电提供着源源不断的电力能源方面有着重要作用。无论是在管理工作还是在生产工作中,如今各行各业都已经离不开电力的能源输送和支持。但是,就目前看来,许多电厂内部培训没有达到预期的效果,其培训方式与战略脱节是根本原因,所以如何提高培训质量,构建符合要求的培训体系是目前的关键。
With the development of our economy, power plants play an increasingly important role in the social construction of our country. As a capital-intensive and technology-intensive enterprise, power plants play an important role in providing a steady stream of electricity and energy for the economic construction and people’s daily lives in our country. Whether in the management or production work, all walks of life are now inseparable from the energy transport and support of electricity. However, for now, many power plant internal training did not achieve the expected results, and its training methods and strategies are the root causes of dislocation. Therefore, how to improve the quality of training and how to build a proper training system is the key issue at present.
