采用大鼠皮下注射异丙肾上腺素(ISP,5mg·kg-1)造成心肌缺血损伤模型。观测心肌线粒体(Mit)、丙二醛(MDA)、总磷脂(PL)、胆固醇(CH)含量,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH·Px)活力及心肌钙含量的变化。结果发现:在注射ISP前30min腹腔注射牛磺酸(Tau,200mg·kg-1),对心肌缺血损伤有保护作用,表现为能明显减少心肌Mit中MDA的生成,提高SOD和GSH·Px)活力,减轻磷脂的降解和心肌钙聚集作用。提示:Tau对心肌Mit的保护作用可能是其抗心肌缺血损伤的重要机制之一。
Rats were injected subcutaneously with isoproterenol (ISP, 5 mg · kg-1) to induce myocardial ischemia injury model. The activities of mitochondria (Mit), malondialdehyde (MDA), total phospholipid (PL), cholesterol (CH), superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH · Px) Changes in myocardial calcium content. The results showed that intraperitoneal injection of taurine (Tau, 200 mg · kg-1) 30 min before the injection of ISP had protective effect on myocardial ischemic injury, which was shown to reduce the production of MDA and increase the activity of SOD and GSH · Px ) Vitality, reduce the degradation of phospholipids and myocardial calcium accumulation.
