高考体育生中有很大一部分是从文科学生中最后分化出来的,没有经过系统的专业训练,缺乏短跑技术,底子薄、基础差。其训练时间从9月开始到次年3月底结束,然后参加体育测试,训练时间也就是6个月。如何能在这半年的时间里取得良好的100米成绩?笔者认为,现代短跑技术要求动作放松,大步幅、快频率和向前性好。高中生短跑应针对现代短跑技术要求和运动员特点,更新训练观念,改革训练方法,探索体育高考生短跑训练的新规律。笔者在多年带队训练中摸索出了一套行之有效的方法,取得了良好的效果。
A large part of college entrance examination sports students from liberal arts students finally differentiated out, without systematic professional training, lack of sprint technology, fundamentally poor, poor foundation. The training time from September to the end of March next year, and then participate in sports testing, training time is 6 months. How can we achieve a good 100 meters in these six months time? I believe that the modern sprint technology requires action to relax, stride, fast frequency and good forward. In accordance with the technical requirements of modern sprint and the characteristics of athletes, senior high school students should update their training conception, reform their training methods, and explore the new rules of sprint training for PE candidates. The author worked out a set of effective methods to lead the training for many years and achieved good results.
