现行的中小学教师考核指标体系,没有反映出教师劳动的本质特征及其运动规律,还存在定性指标多,定量指标少,考核指标内涵缺乏,考核指标以偏概全等问题,必须以教师内在发展和劳动运动规律为核心依据,遵循全面考评与重点考评相结合等原则,采用目标分解和要素分析等方法,重构中小学教师考评指标体系,并使之真正具有创新性、先进性、实用性和多用性等鲜明特征。
