本文利用Arbuzov反应合成亚膦酰乙酸(Phosphonoacetic Acid简称PAA)。方法简便,经济实用。合成的PAA,经组织培养中抗单纯疱疹病毒实验证明,不同浓度的PAA在细胞内均有抑病毒作用。观察了PAA对HSV-Ⅰ复制动力学的影响。显示能阻止细胞内病毒繁殖的晚期。对HSV-Ⅱ亦有抑制作用。
In this paper, phosphonoacetic acid (PAA) was synthesized by Arbuzov reaction. The method is simple, economical and practical. Synthetic PAA, anti-herpes simplex virus in tissue culture experiments show that different concentrations of PAA have inhibitory effect in the cell. The effect of PAA on the replication kinetics of HSV-I was observed. Show late cells that can stop the virus from multiplying. HSV-Ⅱ also inhibitory effect.
