“洗”:早晨起床后,用冷水洗脸,晚上用热水洗脚。“漱”:每天早晚用淡水漱口一次,可杀死口腔中里的病菌。“走”:早晨到外散步、爬山、打太极拳或做操。“搓”:两手伸开,以掌相搓三十次,并向迎香穴按摩十次。
