电费是国家电网公司及其下属供电公司的核心业务之一,农村范围内各供电所的电费管理又是供电公司电费管理中不可或缺的一部分。在湖南全省已实现营销业务城乡一体化的基础上,国网长沙供电公司进一步加强供电所电费管理,通过对财务、营销业务数据的自动集成和充分共享,力争实现电费管理营财一体化,这既是促进基层农电电费管理的重要途径,也是提高基层农电经济效益的根本保障。
