五十年代后期研制了甾体避孕药,对人类生育的控制是个重大突破,也是本世纪对人类贡献最大的科技成果之一。目前全世界估计有八千多万妇女应用此法作为节育措施。因为用药人数多,时间长,因而提出其安全性问题。部分服药者以及少数医务人员,由于对这方面缺乏全面认识,而产生一些不必要的顾虑。为了澄清思想、消除顾虑,本文对有关甾体避孕药安全性的资料进行了复习。
The development of steroidal contraceptives in the late 1950s has made a major breakthrough in the control of human reproduction and one of the scientific and technological achievements that has contributed most to mankind in this century. It is estimated that more than 80 million women throughout the world use this method as a birth control measure. Because of the large number of patients and their long duration of treatment, their safety issues are raised. Part-time druggos and a small number of medical personnel have some unnecessary concerns due to the lack of comprehensive knowledge in this area. In order to clarify ideas and eliminate concerns, this article reviews the safety of steroid contraceptives.
