目前城市建设中,旧工业建筑遗存的相关问题越来越凸显。一方面原因是影响了城市总体规划,另一方面原因是用地紧张问题。在这样的矛盾中,旧建筑遗存的保护与开发就成为城市建设中的重点项目。在具体的设计中要深入的调研找到适合的改造方式,切勿不可复制。郑州目前有大批旧工业建筑现在正在被恶意的破坏,已经到了一个不挽救就消失的地步。有些建筑虽然已经被确定为保护性文物建筑,但是也难逃被迫强拆的命运,对于这种现象的发生城市人们是深感心疼的。旧工业建筑并不是城市发展的阻碍,相反它应该是一个城市的标志性建筑,如何找到旧工业建筑与现代城市共生的方法是所研究的重点。 In the current urban construction, the problems related to the remains of old industrial buildings have become increasingly prominent.
