成都无缝钢管厂建于1958年,是我国大型钢管生产厂,拥有5套无缝钢管生产线,大、中、小轧机配套,冷热加工齐备。全厂现有设备固定资产原值4.08亿元,1990年生产钢47万吨,钢管40万吨,实现税利2.2亿元。 随着生产的不断发展和产品质量的不断提高,对设备管理工作提出了更高的要求。近几年,我厂在设备管理上主要抓了全面推行点检制,实行全员设备管理。取得了可喜成果。 1987年我厂被冶金部定为开展设备点检制的试点单位之一。在部的关怀和指导下,我厂作了具体部署:一是派人去宝钢学习和制定试行点检制的具体目标和步骤;二是厂长亲自抓,在全厂动员并培训了109名点检骨干;三是抓好
