轮式装载机的换档滞后(钝档)现象,是由于动力换档变速器换档活塞密封结构原因所致。本文分析了产生钝档的机理及危害,提出用X形橡胶密封圈代替矩形橡胶密封圈,克服了钝档现象,并介绍了X形密封圈的结构设计与计算。
Wheel loader shift hysteresis (blunt gear) phenomenon is due to power shift transmission piston sealing structure caused by the shift. In this paper, the mechanism and hazard of producing blunt gear are analyzed. It is proposed to replace the rectangular rubber seal with X-shaped rubber seal to overcome the problem of blunt gear. The structure design and calculation of X-shaped seal ring are also introduced.
