原发性高血压的发生机制尽管有多种学说解释,但其确切机理仍不清楚。血液流变学近20年来迅速发展,特别是与心血管疾病发生、发展的密切关系,已经引起普遍重视。为了解原发性高血压患者的血液流变学特征及其血压值的关系,本文测定了52例原发性高血压女性患者在不同切变率时全血粘度的变化,同时测定其血浆粘度和血球比积,对血压值和全血粘度的关系进行初步探讨:
