利用锥形量热-傅里叶变换红外光谱联用仪研究了阻燃剂(TCPP)和蒙脱土(MMT)对阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫材料(FRPU)和阻燃硬质聚氨酯泡沫/蒙脱土复合材料(FRPU-MMT)燃烧行为及燃烧烟气中毒害气体的影响。锥形量热测试表明TCPP的添加能明显降低FRPU的热释放速率和总热释放量,而MMT对FRPU-MMT的热释放速率和总热释放量的影响不明显。同时,TCPP的添加会增大FRPU的生烟速率和总生烟量,而MMT的添加能降低FRPUMMT的生烟速率和总生烟量。燃烧烟气中毒害气体的研究表明,TCPP的添加会明显增大FRPU的生烟量和燃烧烟气中CO、HCl和HCN的生成量,而MMT的添加能显著降低FRPU-MMT的生烟量和燃烧烟气中CO、HCl、HCN和NOx的生成量。
The effects of flame retardant (TCPP) and montmorillonite (MMT) on the properties of flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam (FRPU) and flame retardant rigid polyurethane foam (MMF) were studied by using pyramid calorimetry and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy Combustion behavior of FRPU-MMT and gas poisoning in combustion flue gas.
