一九六三年,我国人民在党中央和毛主席的領导下,在总路线的指引下,在社会主义革命和社会主义建設的各个战线上,取得了輝煌的胜利。我国的国民經济已經开始全面好轉,农业的生产力有了迅速发展,工业生产稳步上升。随着这一大好形势,一年来,我国的档案工作也有了进一步的发展和提高,在各級党委和政府的重視和领导下,档案工作机构更加健全了,档案干部队伍逐漸充实了,档案业务工作有了新的开展,为政治斗爭、經济建設、科学研究,特別是为社会主义教育运动,提供了大量的档案,发揮了更为实际的作用。
