With the advent of knowledge-based economy, the change of management environment has triggered a series of changes in enterprise’s compensation management. The horizontal broadband pay system based on individuals is gradually being formed and applied. It has injected new vitality into the incentive mechanism of enterprises and has been widely used and achieved great success among foreign enterprises. Chinese enterprises can absorb and utilize them according to local conditions.
