由中国地质大学(武汉)研发的“纳米氧化锆粉体的制备”技术,日前通过了由湖北省科技厅组织的成果鉴定,用该技术生产的氧化锆粉体质量达到了世界先进水平。 纳米氧化锆粉体在国防、电子、高温结构和功能陶瓷,尤其是在表面涂层等高科技领域有重要应用价值。但由于种种原因,我国生产的氧化锆粉体纯度不高,且因工艺参数难以控制,不能进行规模化生产。
The “Preparation of Nanometer Zirconia Powder” developed by China University of Geosciences (Wuhan) recently passed the appraisal of the results organized by Hubei Science and Technology Department. The quality of zirconia powder produced by this technology has reached the world advanced level. Nano-zirconia powder in defense, electronics, high-temperature structure and functional ceramics, especially in surface coatings and other high-tech fields have important application value. However, due to various reasons, the purity of zirconia powder produced in China is not high, and because of the difficulty in controlling the process parameters, large-scale production can not be carried out.
