如何推进竞技运动教材化改革进程,实现高中体育课堂教学教师教学方式和学生学习方式的变革是新课程对于学校体育教师提出的重要任务。跳远技术教学作为竞技运动被导入学校体育教学过程后,其传统的教学方法已无法适应现行体育新课程标准的要求。我们以实验的方式对高中男生跳远无板完整教学进行了研究,结果表明:(1)实验班学生对于跳远课的积极性显著地高于控制班学生;(2)实验班学生的跳远成绩显著地优于控制班学生;(3)实验班学生的技评成绩显著地优于控制班学生。
How to promote the teaching reform of competitive sports and realize the reform of the teaching methods of high school PE classroom teaching teachers and students’ learning styles are the important tasks proposed by the new curriculum for school PE teachers. After long-distance technical teaching is introduced into school physical education as a competitive sport, its traditional teaching methods can not meet the requirements of the current new sports curriculum standards. The experimental results show that: (1) The enthusiasm of experimental students in long jump lessons is significantly higher than that of control students; (2) The long jump scores of experimental students are significantly Better than the control class students; (3) The experimental class students’ technical evaluation results were significantly better than the control class students.
