近年来,大连金河铸造有限公司党支部不断创新活动载体,充分发挥党组织的战斗堡垒作用,实现了企业党建和经济的齐头发展,走出了一条非公有制企业党建的特色道路。非公有制企业党组织作用发挥如何,关键在于是否有一支高素质的党员队伍和敢于拼搏的党员力量。大连金河铸造有限公司党支部通过实施“把技术骨干培养成党员,把党员培养成技术骨干”的“双培”计划,将各类技术骨干纳入视线、列入党员发展计划,分期分批组织培训,使党员队伍的素质不断提高。目前,公司党支部23名党员都成为公司的中层管理及一线技术骨干。
