对一种炼焦煤和一种非炼焦煤所做的研究表明, 煤的可磨性由其各密度组分的可磨性和各密度组分所占的质量百分数所决定。虽然这两种煤各密度组分的可磨性变化有规则, 但仍能发现其变化趋势有一定差别。对炼焦煤来说, 最大密度组分比其他组分更易磨。研究结果证明了根据累计平均密度和逐次密度组分的累计浮物的哈氏可磨性指数间的经验关系式和利用浮沉试验数据来准确估算这两种煤可磨性的可能性。
Research on a type of coking coal and a non-coking coal shows that the grindability of coal is determined by the grindability of each density component and the mass percentage of each density component. Although the grindability changes of each density component of these two kinds of coal are regular, they can still find a certain difference in their changing trend. For coking coal, the largest density component is more abrasive than the other components. The results of the study demonstrate the empirical relationship between the cumulative average density and the harsh grindability index of cumulative floats for successive density components and the possibility of accurately estimating the grindability of both coals using drift test data.
