The South China Sea, which occupies two thirds of China’s sea area, contains a rich maritime security culture. The South China Sea is one of the three major routes on the Maritime Silk Road. Far in the medieval European voyage, the Arab countries of the ship arrived in the South China Sea. In the early 20th century, in order to plunder the wealth of the South China Sea countries, the Western powers opened up a number of international routes to Southeast Asia, Africa and Europe. The long history of shipping and the busy maritime transport have contributed to the continuous improvement and development of the navigation assistance facilities in the South China Sea. The blending and collision of the concept of exotic shipping management and marine safeguards make the blue earth even more attractive.
