目的:探讨Fas、Fasl在乙型肝炎肝组织中表达与肝细胞损伤的关系.方法:采用免疫组化方法活检或尸检60例急、慢性乙型肝病肝组织中Fas及Fasl的表达情况.结果:Fas、Fasl的检出率分别为76.7%及73.3%.Fas在肝细胞浆内表达,Fas见于肝内浸润的淋巴细胞中,也见于肝细胞浆内表达.Fasl阳性淋巴细胞主要分布于汇管内,与Fas抗原阳性肝细胞分布一致.免疫组化双标记染色示Fas及Fasl可在同一肝细胞内表达.结论:Fas/Fasl系统在乙型肝炎细胞损伤中起重要作用.
Objective: To investigate the relationship between the expression of Fas and Fasl in hepatocellular in Hepatitis B patients. Methods: The expression of Fas and Fasl in liver tissues of 60 patients with acute and chronic hepatitis B were detected by immunohistochemistry. Results: The detection rates of Fas and Fasl were 76.7% and 73.3% respectively. Fas expression in the cytoplasm of the liver, Fas found in the infiltration of intrahepatic lymphocytes, also found in the cytoplasm of liver cells. Fasl positive lymphocytes were mainly distributed in the portal vein, consistent with the distribution of Fas antigen-positive hepatocytes. Immunohistochemical double staining staining showed Fas and Fasl can be expressed in the same liver cells. Conclusion: Fas / Fasl system plays an important role in hepatitis B cell injury.
