12Cr2MoWVTiB(102)钢是立足于国内资源研制成功的锅炉热强钢,它是当前大型电站锅炉主要用材之一。随着多元强化低碳低合金热强钢的广泛应用,人们发现这类钢在较宽的冷却速度范围内连续冷却时,都可获得贝氏体中的(M-A)相。而且许多人的工作已证明,(M-A)相的含量及其形貌特征直接影响钢的性能。因此,近年来对(M-A)相的研究愈来愈引起人们的注意。本文着重分析102钢正火处理后粒状贝氏体的微观结构及形貌特征,并依据(M-A)相的结构特征对其相变机制作了某些探讨,同时观察了回火处理后基体组织及第二相微观结构特征的变化。
