介绍了三种超超临界机组用备选材料Inconel 740、Inconel 617和GH2984合金及其改型合金的化学成分和标准热处理制度。针对三种典型的备选材料,分别从微观组织、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能、加工特性等几个方面对国内外现阶段所取得的研究进展进性了综述。文献表明:Inconel740合金在750℃下105小时的持久强度和耐腐蚀性均可满足超超临界机组用过热器管材要求;Inconel 617合金通过改型后持久强度基本可满足要求;GH2984合金的力学性能和加工特性可以满足要求。
The chemical compositions and standard heat treatment systems of three alternative Inconel 740, Inconel 617 and GH2984 alloys and their modified alloys are introduced. According to the three kinds of typical alternative materials, the research advances at home and abroad are reviewed respectively from the aspects of microstructure, mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and processing properties. The literature shows that the long-term strength and corrosion resistance of Inconel 740 alloy at 750 ℃ for 105 hours can meet the requirements of superheater tubes used in ultra-supercritical units. The durable strength of Inconel 617 alloy can basically meet the requirements after being modified. The mechanical properties of GH2984 alloy And processing characteristics to meet the requirements.
