针对攀钢360mm×450mm连铸大方坯存在的表面凹坑和表面纵裂缺陷,优化了连铸冷却制度。生产应用表明,大方坯表面质量明显提高,铸坯表面凹坑缺陷率由37.13%降至0.14%,因铸坯中间裂纹严重而产生的表面纵裂缺陷率由53.52%降至0.30%,满足了连铸坯热送热装工艺要求。
According to the surface pitting and surface longitudinal cracking defects existing in the 360mm × 450mm continuous casting bloom of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., the continuous casting cooling system was optimized. The production application shows that the surface quality of the bloom is obviously improved, the defect rate of the surface of the slab decreases from 37.13% to 0.14%, and the rate of surface longitudinal cracking caused by the serious intermediate crack of the slab decreases from 53.52% to 0.30% Billet hot send hot-loading process requirements.
