安哥拉“道谷”教堂在后加外墙荷载作用下,外墙柱偏心荷载效应远大于其抵抗力,同时地基承载力严重不足且建筑物的沉降速率远大于规范规定。通过对原结构外墙柱及基础的计算分析,对该教堂外墙柱及地基基础结构的安全性能进行了综合评价。在进行加固设计方案的优化时,改变了常规的加固思路,采用托换加固技术,解决了原外墙柱的抵抗力和基础承载力不足的问题。该技术把原来复杂的外墙柱及地基基础受力状态简化为受力明确的桩基础,确保了结构的加固安全,降低了加固成本,为同类工程提供了地基基础加固设计的新思路。
Angola “Dao ” church under the external wall load, the external wall eccentric load effect is far greater than its resistance, while the foundation bearing capacity is seriously inadequate and the settlement rate of the building is much larger than the specification. Through the calculation and analysis of the external wall columns and foundations of the original structure, the safety performance of the external columns and foundation of the church is comprehensively evaluated. During the optimization of the reinforcement design scheme, the conventional reinforcement principle was changed and the underpinning reinforcement technology was adopted to solve the problems of the resistance of the original external wall column and the insufficient basic bearing capacity. The technology simplifies the original complex external wall columns and foundations’ foundation stress state to a clear pile foundation under stress, ensures the structural reinforcement and reduces the reinforcement cost, and provides a new idea for reinforcing the foundation foundation for similar projects.
